we ask that requests be submitted at least 60 days before the program start date
to allow sufficient time for review and processing. You may still submit this
request even though it is within 60 days from start. However, any
programs/activities that start before they are reviewed will be automatically
denied. And even if a grant has been reviewed and approved, funding is at risk
unless the grant is fully-executed before the program start date.
